Katherine Hibbs

A young pianist currently studying at the Juilliard Pre-College in New York, my playing is shaped by a natural sensitivity to sound and structure, and a repertoire spanning a wide stylistic range: lyrical and singing in Chopin, intellectually grounded in Bach, coloristic in Debussy, and combining clarity with inner strength in Prokofiev. As an Artist of Promise at the Verbier Festival Academy, I continue to develop a personal voice grounded in both imagination and discipline.
