Gabriel Mininberg

Yale-educated Puerto Rican composer and saxophonist Gabriel Mininberg blends world rhythms and film-inspired harmonies across composition, improvisation, and multimedia. A 2025 Creative Capital finalist, he has performed at the Kennedy Center and been commissioned by major institutions. His quintet Daruma tours nationally and has appeared on NPR, PBS, and CBS. A Yale graduate, he is pursuing a master’s at NEC.
