Federico Altare

Federico Altare is a versatile flutist excelling in classical, baroque, and contemporary music. A graduate of the Paris and Rotterdam Conservatories, he won 4th prize at the Larrieu Competition and performs with various orchestras, modern ensembles and baroque formations across europe. Currently member of the Verbier Festival Chamber Orchestra, Les Arts Florissants and co-director of Festival Florilège d’Été, he seeks to bridge styles and audiences through constant artistic curiosity
