Daria Lupu

Soprano Daria Lupu, winner of the Ana María Martínez Encouragement Award at the Eleanor McCollum Competition (Houston Grand Opera, 2025) and finalist at the Sumi Jo International Singing Competition (France, 2024), is an emerging Romanian artist. She studies at the Vecchi–Tonelli Institute in Modena under the guidance of Raina Kabaivanska. Her recent roles include Marguerite (Faust), Mimì (La Bohème), and La Bergère (L’enfant et les sortilèges).
